NCPN Publishing Automation Privacy Policy

About This App
NCPN Publishing Automation is an internal publishing tool operated by Magic Mile Media, Inc. for NC Political News. The app is used only by authorized administrators to publish and manage content on the NC Political News Facebook Page. It is not offered as a public application or service.
Information We Process
When an authorized administrator connects a Facebook account, the app may process information provided by Meta, including:
The administrator's name, profile picture and Facebook account identifier
The names and identifiers of Facebook Pages managed by the administrator
Page roles, assigned tasks and granted permissions
Page access tokens required to operate the connection
Page posts, comments and related publishing information
Operational information such as request times, results and error details
The app also processes NC Political News content supplied through its website feed, including excerpts, links and images.
How We Use Information
Information is used only to:
Authenticate authorized administrators
Connect the NC Political News Facebook Page
Publish Page posts, images and comments
Maintain, secure and troubleshoot the publishing workflow
We do not sell, rent or use personal information for advertising or unrelated marketing.
Service Providers
The app uses services provided by Meta, Zapier and Squarespace to operate the publishing workflow. Information may be processed by those providers according to their respective privacy policies and service terms.
Data Retention and Security
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and troubleshoot the integration. Access credentials are stored through the connected automation service and are limited to authorized administrators.
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect information. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
User Data Deletion Instructions
An authorized user may stop the app's access by removing NCPN Publishing Automation from the Business Integrations section of their Facebook account settings.
A user may also request deletion of information associated with the app by emailing info@magicmilemedia.com with the subject line "NCPN Publishing Automation Data Deletion Request."
The request should include the user's Facebook name and the name of the connected Facebook Page. Never include an access token or password in the request.
Verified deletion requests will be completed within 30 days. Removing the integration or requesting deletion will stop future access. Posts and comments already published on Facebook may remain on the Facebook Page until a Page administrator deletes them separately.
Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated when the app, its service providers or applicable requirements change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
